Our Advance Purchase Package is a special discount that's exchanged for a purchase commitment from you. As a result, this booking is final, and cannot be changed or cancelled. No refunds will be issued. The credit card used must be presented at check-in along with a valid government-issued identification. If the booking is made by a 3rd party, then a hotel Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed, and a copy of the card and cardholder's government issued ID faxed or emailed to the hotel within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation may be cancelled.
