Q. What are you doing about COVID-19?

A. The health and safety of our guests and colleagues is our top priority. We have taken time to re-imagine the experience within our hotel to maintain the highest possible health and safety standards. 

Stayover housekeeping service is now available daily. If you wish to opt-out of housekeeping service during your stay, please notify our Guest Services team upon arrival.

Q. How do I get to the Windsor Suites?

A. Located in Center City, close to the Franklin Institute, Independence Hall and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Windsor Suites is easily accessible from major transit points.

  • From 30th Street Station, we are just a 5-minute Uber or taxi ride away.
  • From Philadelphia International Airport, a 20-minute cab ride will take you to our hotel on Benjamin Franklin Parkway

Q. Can I park my vehicle at the hotel?

A. Guests staying at our downtown Philadelphia hotel can enjoy the convenience of onsite valet parking for $50 per day (tax included) with in/out privileges. Please be aware that the garage clearance height at The Windsor Suites is only 6'6". Valet parking is available for oversized vehicles.

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times at The Windsor Suites?

A. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. We will do everything we can to accommodate your travel plans if you need to arrive early or stay late. Get in touch with us and make your reservations at our downtown Philadelphia hotel.

Q. How many people can stay in a room?

A. The Studio Suite Kings at The Windsor Suites have a max occupancy of 2, our Studio Suite Doubles have a max occupancy of 4, our One-Bedroom King Suites have a max occupancy of 5, and our One-Bedroom Double Suites have a max occupancy of 6. Check out our spacious suites and set the stage for a delightful stay in downtown Philadelphia.

Q. Can you hold my luggage prior to check-in or after check-out?

A. Yes, we can keep your luggage in a secure location prior to check-in or after check-out. We will provide you with a tag to pick it up when needed. With personalized service and thoughtful features, our Philadelphia, PA hotel ensures a hassle-free experience.

Q. Can I have a package delivered to The Windsor Suites?

A. Yes, you can get a package delivered to our downtown Philadelphia hotel. Make sure that the package recipient has the EXACT SAME name as your hotel reservation, and is addressed as follows:

ATTN: Guest (First Name Last Name)

This is to ensure that only guests with a valid reservation receive a package. All others will be returned to the sender. Please get in touch with our friendly staff if you have any questions.

A. Yes, cribs are available upon request at our downtown Philadelphia hotel. A combination of spacious suites, thoughtful amenities, and a convenient location on Benjamin Franklin Parkway makes The Windsor Suites ideal for families.

Q. Is The Windsor Suites pet-friendly?

A. Yes, not only can you bring your pet, but they stay for free at The Windsor Suites. Located on Benjamin Franklin Parkway, The Windsor Suites is close to dog-friendly parks and paths like Cret Park, Sister Cities Park, and Rittenhouse Square. If you have any questions, please get in touch with the friendly staff at our downtown Philadelphia hotel. Please be aware that Pets are NOT allowed on the Skyline Level or Pool area (24th Floor).

Q. Are there any additional fees?

A. At The Windsor Suites, we authorize your Credit Card for room and tax (16.25%), plus a $250 hold for incidentals. If you show superhuman willpower and don't purchase anything, your incidental authorization will be returned at check-out. Q. Do you accept cash?

A. We do not accept cash or pre-paid cards. A valid chip-enabled credit card and photo ID are required during check-in. Please be aware that only chip-enabled credit cards are accepted.

Q. How old do I have to be to check-in?

A. Our rooftop terrace is open for all guests daily from 9 am to 8 pm, weather permitting. The rooftop infinity pool is currently closed for the season and will reopen Memorial Day Weekend.

A. Exploring the sights and sounds of Philadelphia is easy from our downtown hotel. The best way to get around Philadelphia is by foot or PHILASH bus. Most of the attractions are located in and around the Old City, Rittenhouse Square, and Society Hill areas, which are all pedestrian-friendly.
