Pet Friendly Boutique Hotel Accommodations in Philadelphia PA

At Modus Hotels, we love pets and it's our goal to ensure you and your four-legged companions are happy while staying with us!

For your protection and the protection of our guests, please follow these guidelines:

  • Keep your pet on leash at all times when traveling around the property.
  • Please don't leave your pet alone in the room for long periods of time.
  • Please notify the front desk when housekeeping can service your room.
  • Per the Health Departments, no pets are allowed in our restaurant.
  • Forgot something? Check in with the front desk for some pet-friendly accessories such as leashes and food bowls.

Here are some of the doggy friendly parks and paths that we recommend. The front desk will be happy to provide instructions and maps on how to get there.

Cret Park

(110 N 16th Street)
Located adjacent to our hotel, Cret Park offers some grassy space for your furry friend and a beautifully landscaped plaza along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway with a great place to relax and grab a cup of coffee.

Sister Cities Park

(210 N 18th Street)
A park with something for everyone. Grab a bite and explore the garden and pond, which converts to a special playground in winter.

Rittenhouse Square

(210 W Rittenhouse Square)
Located just 8 blocks from our hotel, Rittenhouse Square offers a beautiful 7 acres space for your furry friends to run around, lay in the sun or shade and enjoy your company.

Dilworth Park

(1 S 15th Street)
The city's lively centerpiece, with a cafe, lush lawn, tree groves, and a fountain offers the perfect spot for everyone to relax and enjoy the city of brotherly love.

Penn's Landing Dog Park

(1 N Delaware Ave)
Located between Delaware Avenue and the river at Market Street, the dog park features a grove of mature trees, benches for the humans and a water station for the dogs. The black fencing divides the park into two areas, so large dogs and small ones can be separate. There's also bags and a waste disposal station.

Seger Dog Park

(1020 Lombard Street)
Seger Dog Park is an off-leash park for our canine friends in the Washington Square neighborhood of Philadelphia. Pets will love to play off-leash at this well-kept neighborhood dog park, which is fully fenced.
Our Guest Experience Ambassadors would be more than happy to answer any questions regarding the city parks.
