Well stocked bathroom, clean room and crisp beds. The Windsor makes us feel cared for and special. We return year after year for this exceptional staff and experience!

  • Hospitality at its finest

Beautiful view, friendly staff, felt very welcomed. I was recognized right away and always acknowledged when entering the property. Clean and spacious rooms. Very attentive staff. Never a problem getting and returning my car. Great atmosphere and ambiance.

  • Good place for our business trip

We visited during a business trip in Philly. We wanted a downtown hotel close to the main attractions in the central part of the town. We also wanted a hotel with a parking and we got both with the The Windsor Suites. The rooms were big and clean, mine had a nice night view. The hotel is safe, doors are locked after dark, everything was good.

  • Hospitality off the charts! Stellar workout facilities. Hoppping restaurant.

Hospitality was off the charts: Nyeesha and Ms. Chanel at the front desk were patient and accommodating. Rachael and Mr. Lawrence greeted us and kept us informed. Michelle at the bar kept the cold ones coming. We’ll make it our Philly spot to stay.

  • Very nice place!

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. My room had a nice view from the balcony which I enjoyed very much. I was surprised that my room was ready before the check-in time and also the front desk girls took care of me and gave me some vouchers to enjoy at Con Murphy.

  • A MUST!

The Windsor is my favorite place to stay in Philadelphia, this time Nyeesha made my stay that much better, really made me feel special, and took care of all my needs, look forward to going back soon! Recommended this to anyone staying in center city Philadelphia.

  • Excellent experience!

I rented 7 rooms and took a group of college seniors on a trip to see the Mutter Museum. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. All staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and suited everyone's needs well, and the check in/out process was fast and easy. We were also able to have early check in and a late check out on a room, which was helpful.
