  • Great for family gathering- awesome staff!

We stayed in a number of suites on floor 8, as well as using the outdoor rooftop and skyline suite and lounge. Bree and the staff were AMAZING from my first phone call to our last goodbye- they made it feel like home. Clean large rooms and close to everything! Easy valet parking and close to other garages. Con Murphy's was accommodating and delicious! Would definitely recommend this hotel and their amazing staff all around!! And don't miss the views from the rooftop fire pit!

  • My New Home Away From Home!

I recently stayed for a long weekend at The Windsor Suites. There was an unfortunate mixup with and my reservation was canceled while I was on the flight to Philadelphia! I emailed the hotel and got an immediate response from Grace at the front desk. Even though they were booked for the type of room that I'd reserved, they found a way to make it work and gave me an upgrade! This is the second time that I've stayed at the hotel. After a long flight from LA, it's great to be in a place that's so warm and welcoming. Our room had an awesome view of the city and it's so wonderful to have a full kitchen! It's elegant and practical at the same time. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're traveling with your family.

  • Wonderful way to Stay in Philly!

I had to make the trip to Philly for family business during co-vid and our stay at the Windsor was wonderful. We had a great apartment with a large living room, full kitchen and a very spacious balcony over looking the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Philly was quiet due to the pandemic but there were still plenty of great restaurants serving wonderful food within walking distance. Parking with the hotel as very convenient and made coming and going simple. All the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Especially Tim, he was knowledgeable about the city, pleasant and very accommodating. I would highly recommend the Windsor and I plan to make it my Philly hotel when I return.
