Check in service
Our check in experience with Quan, Steph and Zee was extremely professional, courteous and welcoming. They greeted us with smiles and made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. They took interest in why we were in town. All three of them were very helpful in showing us multiple places on a map that we could use for sightseeing. They made sure that we knew their names so that if we needed any further help we could come to them. It was a very pleasant experience right from the start. Thank you Quan, Steph and Zee. Your professionalism should be commended

Great hotel, awesome rooftop pool!
My family and I stayed at the Windsor Suites for the weekend. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We dined and Con Murphys which was delicious. The hotel was very clean! It's in walking distance of many great Philadelphia museums and attractions. My favorite part was the rooftop infinity pool! We had a great time and highly recommend this hotel

2 year Anniversary
My boyfriend and I are celebrating our 2 year anniversary here at the Windsor. We were greeted right away with smiles and a warm welcome. Beth at the front desk made sure we were well taken care of and even gave us a goody bag with a card, 2 small bottles of wine, and 2 free drink tickets for the bar next door. The rooms are updated and clean and the view is nice as well. Would def recommend staying here

Great hotel & service
I booked a room for a weekend getaway for my boyfriends birthday. Upon arriving, I called the hotel to let them know it was his birthday and when we arrived to the room they had a birthday card & complimentary champagne waiting for him. The room was very clean and beautiful. I loved all the mirrors. We had a deluxe king suite with city view. Our view was beautiful especially at night. The room did have a kitchenette but we went to local restaurants to eat. We wanted to use the rooftop pool but the pool & seats were overcrowded, one thing I'd say the hotel needs to work is controlling guests who invite their friends up to the pool taking up space from real paging guests. We also ordered breakfast from Con Murphy's which was very bland & not worth the $45 we paid. Maybe I'll buy my own breakfast food and cook it in the room next time. Overall the experience was great, staff was excellent & polite. I'll definitely be staying here agai

Location, location, location...but
You can not beat this location. Walking distance to all the museums and true center city. Hotel was clean, rooms and views were spectacular! You could see as far as the eye could see. We had a kitchenette which helped us tremendously with our left overs from their TWO restaurants. The Asian restaurant was so yummy, Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisine. We ate there three times. The other restaurant had a lot of vegan options and phenomenal drinks. The pool was an infinity style with beautiful skyline views. Lots of seating, but they need better policing of seats and people control. The only down point we had, is there is a TGIF restaurant next door that BLAST their music. We were 15 floors up and couldn't escape. The hotel is very accommodating and will move you to the other side of the hotel where the music is less obtrusive. The hotel has tried to stop this, but TGIF just pays the fines. The good part is the music is turned off at 1000pm. Hopefully you are still outside enjoying the city! Tips: 1 - Ask for a room away from TGIF or embrace the noise and have amazing views. 2 - Walk left to all the museums, maybe a five minute walk. They cost around $35 a person so bring your wallet. 3- Walk right (away from the valet) and you will be true center. I love Philly Sign, Love Sign, restaurants galore and architecture like no other city. Yes, beats DC any day. 4 - Did you run out of time and couldn't get your nails and hair done. No problem. Walk right (towards the valet) City Nails and Dry Hair Bar are on the same side and block as the hotel. 5 - Walk right (towards the valet) Walgreens is two or three blocks past the Dry Bar and a block from that is shopping galore!! 6 - Penns Landing is worth the $11 uber, but that is another review
